Shipping: For casual smut, yes. While I'm open to romantic relationships it won't be easy as Nuriko has devoted her life to pine after certain emperor.
Offensive/Triggering subjects: For the player: none. Just give me heads up what's about to come and I'm ok. For the character: Nuriko doesn't have any ic triggers. However, Fushigi Yuugi canon deals a quite lot with sexual abuse involving minors, child death and war.

Personality: Cheeky, playful, impulsive, compassionate, mature (at least compared to rest of the cast which.. isn't much)
Appearance: Dark long hair that's always braided in some way, colorful robes/dresses, height around 166 cm.
Pronouns: Hoo boy, so. As Nuriko herself puts it: "woman's soul and man's body". The English translation, however, didn't treat her identity with much respect as she was often punch line of many gay jokes (ahh, the 90s) and most translations use male pronouns for her. However, Nuriko presents and lives her life as a woman and in pre-canon she goes pretty far to to keep her biological sex as a secret. Also, the author (Yu Watase) has later revealed that Nuriko which ended up in the final product didn't match their original vision/intentions for the character because of the pressure they faced from the editors... TL:DR; female pronouns. deal with it.
